There is a bunch of items under Architecture Tab that have a "Quality Rating" (like chairs, tables, beds, and so on).

I would like to suggest to split that under the Construction sub-tab in order to affect best builders to realise such "Quality Item" and let less skilled builders allowed to build wall and "Non-Quality Items".

Is that possible ?
