Ah, there you go. AFAIK Non-Aligned is pretty much a sh*tshow in base HoI4, you need a series of mods that enable puppeting and boosting of non-aligned parties in order to play them just as any other faction. Search for non-aligned fixes mods. With these fixes, the mod works fine with non-aligned, and for all other factions without it. Plus, you know, this is an AI mod, meaning to fix AI behavior and not base game issues for the player.

Seriously though, "This mod didn't work" could mean anything, from countries taking/not taking appropriate lands to a CTD. Next time, if you want any sort of help, include a description of what went wrong, otherwise nobody is gonna understand you.
