Oberserving Tasks

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to complete "Observe XY" Tasks.
The Description says I should observe the area from a safe distance.

I tried to look at the location with binos from 1km, 500m and 250m now but I can't seem to complete it.

Is there anything else I'm missing here?
