Portuguese focus tree?
A focus tree was added with La Resistance to Portugal.
Any chance we will see the tree available around '36 in future versions?

I got a bit carried away and decided to write a little bit about Portuguese history if you care to read.

Portugal was in world war one all tough it did leave the war early in disgrace due to mostly incompetence and political instability.
In Africa our soldiers died of diseases and faced fearsome askari warriors and in Flanders two Portuguese companies did hold the line but as the Portuguese officers started asking for sick leave to go back to Portugal British officers started to take over and this caused conflict in the chain of command.
For example when a soldier was executed for deserting by British order, the Portuguese next in command was actually against it
The worst thing is the supply line with Portugal was completely broken and our soldiers were using British weapons too.
When Portugal left the war, our companies stayed in Flanders because the there was no replacement for them available (undersupplied and with no replenishment of manpower) and eventually as one company was called back onde day only one company remained holding a length of land already thingly defended before. The next day was supposed to be the last day of war for those men but as if knowing these movements were happening, the germans decided to attack. This was the beginning of the infamous battle of the Lys. The Portuguese soldiers were bombarded by vastly overwhelming artillery fire and then stormed by ferocious uncountable Hunnic hordes. Around 6000 Portuguese soldiers were taken prisoner, with some singular men distinguishing themselves in heroic feets of heroism such as the soldier Milhaes who held off a german attack all by himself with his machine gun allowing his comrades to escape and wandered alone and hungry for days rescuing a Scottish soldier in the process which told his tale earning him recognition (he could not speak english obviously).
Accuarate modifiers for Portugal at this time would be, for example, losers of the Berlin conference.
The Portuguese republicans used the loss of influence over Africa, namely Rhodesia, to decry the Portuguese monarchy as weak and unfit because it conceded to the outraging British ultimatum against our country and refused to declare a hopeless war on Britain.
All in all this period of Portuguese history from 1910 to 1936 was one of rapid changes in governance. The first Portuguese republic was a messy masonic republican government which was established when the king of Portugal and the older prince and heir were murdered in one fell swoop. The younger brother of said prince came to the thone for a very short time but after having his life threatened by the bourgeoise he decided to abdicate. The period that followed was one of the very ineffective decisions (like joining world war one for absolutely no reason) and the persecution of the catholic church (which monopolised education at the time so this caused people to have no access to education), constant changes in government (Portugal had 45 governments and 29 coup attempts between 1910 and 1926 with and average of 117 per government but some lasted only some hours.).
Sidonio Pais eventually took over the country and thank God took us out of the war but he was murdered in cold blood and it started all over again.
It was only after the a series of coups that a military dictatorship was established in Portugal that eventually appointed a promising young finance doctor to the corresponding ministry... his name was Salazar. This man proved capable of securing the financial stability of the country and even threated to quit when that was not possible because other ministries continued to be too lousy with money, luckily he was given the necessary control over them and made Portugal have a positive budget for the first time in history (not even jocking). He went on to strive for a politic of independence, isolation, development and progress, collaborating with democrats and fascists, later chasing communists after they make an attempt on his life, he was a catholic, believed that progress means the destruction of liberty, favored the development of the first Portuguese industries, racial integration (believing in a sort of lusitanian race independent of skin colour) and neutrality in foreign affairs. He is accused of being the source of the massive Portuguese delay in education but honestly according to the statistics he seems to have countered the catastrophic effects of the first republic radical persecution of the catholic church with efficacy. He did not promote higher education which would be difficult to do in a country as poor and left behind as ours but did ensure more and more people could read and write.
