can void bash chance be reduced? it's simply imba and destroy the game

lul wut. How is that imba ? without it void has nothing it dies easly.
lets talk about Tusk is his punch balanced or not? better a ministun and you still have chance to fight or better a punch and dead?
lets talk about other unofficial heroes? who can kill you with 2-3 hits when they and you reach level 6-7.

Also a sad thing is that void +25% backtrack doesn't work can't enable it.
