Here is what I'm thinking of right now.
I'll provide my suggestions along with an explanation why I suggest them.
Fascism = Greece
Fascism_DEF = The Greek National Workers Union
Fascism_ADJ = Greek
Since the Fascists were ethno-nationalist and against "foreign" rule, they likely would have associated the Byzantine royalty as being traitors due to their capital being outside of the core (ancient) Greek realm. They also would have promoted a Greek national identity, as a Roman Empire and Roman People would be foreign ideas according to the Fascist correctionists there.
Of course they'd call the country ΄Ελλας rather than the Latin equivalent of Graecia, but Greece fits as the English translation and would (for English speakers) refer to a more ethnic form of the nation.
Democratic = Hellenic League
Democratic_DEF = The League of Greek Autonomous States
Democratic_ADJ = Hellenic
Since there'd have to have been a movement for liberalization of the government, the concept of a continued Roman Empire would have been weakened to where it would be an unsuitable title for the new Greek regime. It would make more sense that they would harkon to older days when the Greek cities were instead city-states, and thus institute a form of confederacy amonst the provinces. The end result being the Hellenic League. Why Hellenic instead of Greek? Well, if the Byzantine Empire had indeed continued, it would have referred to peoples by names constructed from the regional name rather than areas by people's names (Graecus to Graecia vs Hellenos from Hellas). The use of Hellenic helps seperate it from the more Nationalist form Greece.
Neutrality = Byzantium
Neutrality_DEF = The Byzantine Empire
Neutrality_ADJ = Byzantine
No explanation needed.
Communism = Hellenic Commune
Communism_DEF = The Commune of Greek Socialist States
Communism_ADJ = Hellenic
Similar to the Democratic form, but more as a counterpart. I think the Communist form could also work as a counterpart to the Fascist form aswell, however, since they'd both have to rely of nationalist propaganda and collectivism.
Let me know what you think of these ideas, as the only thing I feel strongly about is the Neutrality_DEF being The Byzantine Empire instead of just Byzantium xD
A lots of good stuff in there but part of the premise of this mod is hellenic nationalism being usurped by a new roman nationalism with a reborn byzantium instead of survived one.
Done. Though I do need to lighten the icon's color a bit.

I internationalized it as "Blood Of King Leonidas", but you can come up with anything instead. "Imperial Glory" or "Glory Of Hellas" or whatever.
Really only the morale recovery thing is actually important, and the Greeks did show that when Italy attacked. The rest is just being able to send volunteers even when you don't have many. You know, like Leonidas went off with 300 hoplites. You probably don't want to send half your army off in Spain, with Italy rattling the sabre next door, but you can.
Might have to get creative about fitting traits, though. E.g., Konstantinos Bakopoulos would be a clear case of defense doctrine, but that's Field Marshall level, and he was only Brigadier General, so it would be a stretch to make him a field marshall. Maybe hill fighter, given where the fight took place?
