Tips for Vulcans (mirror universe)
Hi, love this mod, but I'm a bit lost here.
Is it not impossible to compete against Terra which has 4-5x the fleet power? They immediately attack, so I have absolutely no time to build up any seizable force.

How am I supposed to deal with them?

Put everything I had into new ships, lost the game within 5 minutes. This is impossible :(

Have I missed an update that affects outposts combat power? Initially (?) they have zero contrary to vanilla Stellaris. Is this a bug or intended behavior?

Edit 2:
About the outposts:
This happens as far as I can tell only in the mirror universe and only to the Vulcans (have not played all races yet). Seems to be a bug, then?
