Earth Headquarters Buildings
Just trying to recall which headquarters buildings may be built on Earth as the Federation. I seem to remember Starfleet HQ, Starfleet Intelligence, Section 31, and (possibly?) Starfleet Security Headquarters? The last one I am not sure about. Does anyone recall the available Earth headquarters structures?

Well, and Cambridge. Also, is Starfleet Security a structure one can build? I cant remember and don't feel like playing through an entire Federation game to find out.

Cambridge is just an upgrade of the research facilities. When you goto level 2, it just changes the name to cambridge. So not really an addon bldg. And the security bldg is not really a new one either. Its what the police bldg becomes at level 3.

Would be nice if Starfleet Academy, Federation Council and President's HQ were there too!

Starfleet Academy is a special project which can be built, then expanded, and then at its third stage you build the Starfleet Academy Flight Range. It becomes a planetary feature instead of an actual building.

also when you get mars up and running, you can change one of your shipyards over to utopia planet shipyard on station. planet defense tech also has some interesting effects when researched but only on the sol system.
