Useless trait points.
The +1 trait point in the Eugenics tradition are useless to the Dominion because they don't get an extra trait pick. There is no combination of traits that let you use it on your Vorta and Jem'Hadar.

So.... don't pick the Eugenics tradition as the Dominion? And if that's the only one in the tradition tree that is useless, well, that's life. Base game has traditions that have benefits I consider useless for various playthroughs that I have to select to get ones that I do consider useful, it's how it goes.

its more for subjugation the other races and modifying them than anything else. cant have your slave races have bad traits you know.
