Accession of Klingon Empire into Federation - Klingon house fleets attack
I hope I didn't overlook anything posted here or elsewhere. I spent a bit of time searching.
It's my first time Stellaris & New Horizons, amazing experience so far.

I recently finished the accession of the klingon empire into the federation and got immediately attacked by the remaining different klingon house fleets.

Is this unavoidable? Or is there any way by prior or later diplomacy to circumvent this?

This might be a newish bug, or just a random one, as I've incorporated the Klingon Empire many times, and the only time I've had Klingon Houses go to war is when it was in the middle of a Klingon House Civil War (I suspect) as those houses which were "enemy" houses became enemy houses of mine...

Generally though, they don't last long, anyway...

Is the Klingon House Civil War an event that I should have noticed?
I only approached the Klingon Empire once there was an ethics shift towards egalitarian.
But I wasn't reading anything about a civil war. I'm roughly in the year 2223.

If not happening as an event should I be seeing the Civil War in the diplomacy screens when checking the klingons?

Yeah, a fight wouldn't be long lasting but it was surprising and I would need to send my fleets in.

No, not an event as such, it's something that will randomly occur amongst the various Klingon houses...
