Befriend Animal skill on the Hero Screen is missing the Feral Mount Movement and Morale Penalty values. I have included a screen shot

Laboratories do not give Knowledge boost?
Not sure, maybe some other mod is conflicting; playing a NECRO currently for the first time with this mod.

Hi guys!

It looks like the Path of Decay ability from the Cape of Rot torso item is not working.
When selected in the building options, there is a "resource error" sign above the button and the hero can't move while that window is active, and the button can't be clicked.

Edit: The cancel button works, just the path of decay effect doesn't.

Did spell success calculation change with this mod??

The some descriptions are wrong if nothing has changed. If spell strength and resistance are equal it should be 50% in no element weakness/resistance are present.

However I have noticed spells and inflict effects are off.

Blind description says it is 14 physical strength but is actually 15 strength. I get 50% on units with 15 resistance.

Also;

Throw ice ball description states that inflict Frozen is 9 frost strength.

Actual strength is 8 frost strength.

No, the mod did not change that.
For Blind, you need to compare it to defense (because it's physical strength), not resistance. Do you confirm the units don't have 14 defense?

For Throw Ice Ball, I note that for next update (v1.28).

@sleepwalker77: we are still working on Cape of Rot's issue, we haven't identified the cause, even though we were able to reproduce it.

@sleepwalker77: so the issue is broader than initially thought. All the active strategic abilities (new versions of Path of Decay, Path of Frost, Path of Life, but also Last Rite of Winter) can't be used by heroes or Leaders for unknown reasons. The fix we chose was to revert Path of Decay to its old version for Cape of Rot: all the terrain you go over will be transformed into Blight and you can't choose which hex to transform like for Elite Fallen Angels in the balance mod (basically it means you need to unequip the item each time you don't want to transform terrain).
You can benefit from the fix by switching to the beta branch if you're playing single player: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=758212846
If you're not, then you need to wait about 50+ days until v1.28 is released on the main branch.

@hilladan: Thank you for the explanation! I already finished that map and since then switched to the beta branch. If I find a bug in the beta, should I post it there or here? Because there is no bug forum in there.

Bug reports, 1.28 Beta:
1. The strength values are missing from the description of the Charm and Seduce skills (and maybe Lesser Charm too, don't have that yet).

2. Planetary Alignment lasts for 1 turn only, while the description says it's 4 turns.

The description says that it includes "Racial Class Unit Reskin". I also have Regiments installed, so I installed this and the Regiments+Reskin compatibility patch -- but the game won't load in that configuration, saying that the compatibility patch is missing a required dependency, VARIETYMOD (which is the on-disk name of Racial Reskin).

Have I done something wrong in installing Rebalance or the compatibility patch, or this is just an inherent limitation of the AoW3 dependency system? If the latter, is it safe to install RCUR separately to resolve the dependency?
