Interior lights are WAY too bright. + other problem

Light is really bright, and outside at a certain angle there is a big circle of ultra bright light around the truck. Never used to do this. Any ideas?

This is not from my mod. Possibly from your truck mod.

I have a different problem with the interior lights
The white interior light glows Red, on any truck.
(and no i don't have any other interior tuning mod installed)
