Ambient lights ae pretty dark

I finally figured out how to turn on ambient lights, and i noticed that it didint really illuminates, i know, ambient lights should be kinda dark but i can barely see this lights

Uh go to graphics or gameplay (i dont remember) and search for secondary lights option, then checkbox it
