Resolving issues with the mod not working properly/crashing the game
Delete all ini files inside "My Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config" folder, make sure you have the mod selected in launcher and run the game. This will allow the game to rebuild ini files and fix potential problems caused by an update or another mod. Keep in mind that this will reset your personal settings, so you'll need to check options menu and re-configure everything after running the game.

WOTC compatibility info by u/chantzofdeth:

To make this mod work with WOTC simply add the following code line to the xcom2 mod file which is located in the same folder as the Src file

RequiresXPACK=true

Here is an example of it within Grimys loot mod which I also had to adjust to make it work

[mod]
publishedFileId=1142377029
Title=GrimyLootModWOTC
Description=This is a port of Grimy's Loot Mod for WOTC.
RequiresXPACK=true

Dear Mr. wasteland_ghost, the fix above is well know in the community, vulgarly called "config rebuild", I believe. I am familiar with it and practice it from time to time. However, I noticed your awesome mod sometimes fail to work properly, somewhat randonmly in my perception, for which reason I have so far refrained from writing you for support. Sometimes the camera bounces abruptly into extreme zooming upon enemy activation, specially with the lost. Seldom it does invert underground, something that should NOT happen with the adjusted Zoom customization values posted in the discussion, which I did operated.

Now, I have just noticed a problem that might be causing it - even with the config rebuild done. Following the "Zoom customization" discussion instructions, I did config my "XComCamera.ini" and "XComTacticalInput_FreeCameraRotation.ini" files. The problem is that the "XComCamera.ini" file in the >XComGame>Config folder have different values for those key variables, instead of reflecting the ones from your mod in my workshop folder! Why? Can you advise and help me out?

"XComCamera.ini" from the workshop folder:
ZoomedDistanceFromCursor=5024
DistanceFromCursor=1884

"XComCamera.ini" from the config folder:
ZoomedDistanceFromCursor=2600
DistanceFromCursor=1256

Of course those values are just an example. The remainder values are not mirrored over either.

It is also a known problem, see "Zoom customization" discussion here.

BTW, a friend has gifted me a copy of WotC, so I do own it now, but I can't bring myself to play it :(

I delete all this files ?

No. You need the ones that start with xcom*, not default*. Try this guide for XCOM 1 OS/X modding, it might give you insights on where to look: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Basic_Guide_to_installing_mods#OS.2FX_mod_installation

I fin this in"Macintosh HD -> "Users" -> "My name" -> "Bibliothèque" -> "Application support" -> "Ferai Interactive" -> "XCOM2" -> VFS" -> "Local" -> "my games" (other fonder in local name "mods_lowercase") -> "XCOM2" -> XCOMGAME" (other folder name "Binaries") -> "Config"(other folder : "CharacterPool" "SaveData" "Logs".

I dont understand all this guide, my english is ♥♥♥♥.

I have an other question. In what filer can i install mods on manuel ?
I dont like steam workshop because it necessary a internet connexion for working. I anti-féministe install in manuel (and Nexus launcher ont working in Mac OSX).

Looks like the right files. But back them up just in case before deleting.

As far as I remember, to install the mod manually you need to download it from Nexus, unpack and copy its folder to \SteamLibrary\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods\. No idea where this folder is for OS/X, though.

"open up mygames/xcom2 (and the WoTC folder too) find engine.ini and delete all instances of "modclassoverrides"

This works for me every time the Free Camera Rotation stop working.
