I don't own the DLC myself, but here is some useful info from other players:
Can also confirm this works fine with WotC. The only minor "incompatibility" is that the mod is flagged with a warning in the mod launcher.
Try a fresh install (unsubscribe to the mod first) and open up mygames/xcom2 (and the WoTC folder too) find engine.ini and delete all instances of "modclassoverrides", locate the workshop folder in your steam installation, "\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\616359783" delete the folder (the one ending in 783) then resubscribe to this mod. It worked for me

NOTE: mods do not disable achievements in XCOM2.

DISCLAIMER: I can't guarantee any of my mods are 100% bugs free, so use them at your own risk. I do play with all of them and I will release fixes or at least workarounds if bugs/problems are discovered.

Just done with everything and thanks god my camera can rotate again freely. I still don't know why but I can say with certain that it does not conflict with any of my other subbed mods and that changing your nvidia settings won't effect it either because the same changes are running right now.

Or does it do that because I made a collection of these mods ? That should not do anything about the load order right, the one subbed first should always load first right ? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1364973993

Im doing a fresh install of everything that just might fix all the minor other problems too, only a bit anoying that my mods don't appear in the order I subcribe them in. So let's say I sub to lw2 first and then some other mods, lw2 will just appear random in the list so I have to mannually change the complete load order i guess

Unsubbing with config cleanup and re-subbing usually helps.

If you've done all that stuff I posted a couple of posts down then try unsubscribing from the mod and re-subscribing. Think that's helped some people.
