I don't own the DLC myself, but here is some useful info from other players:
Can also confirm this works fine with WotC. The only minor "incompatibility" is that the mod is flagged with a warning in the mod launcher.
Try a fresh install (unsubscribe to the mod first) and open up mygames/xcom2 (and the WoTC folder too) find engine.ini and delete all instances of "modclassoverrides", locate the workshop folder in your steam installation, "\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\616359783" delete the folder (the one ending in 783) then resubscribe to this mod. It worked for me

NOTE: mods do not disable achievements in XCOM2.

DISCLAIMER: I can't guarantee any of my mods are 100% bugs free, so use them at your own risk. I do play with all of them and I will release fixes or at least workarounds if bugs/problems are discovered.

It was problem with mod class override in the engine.ini. After deleting the lines it's working.

TBH, I don't know why you're saying it's working when it definitely isn't.

LW is known to make changes to input/UI, so it might just not work with it after all.

And even the 45 degree rotation doesn´t work. It is still in 90 degrees.

No, there isn´t any conflict in input.ini. I have set it to CTRL + F7, also disabled the ini. Nothing works, It works with the default XCOM 2 WOTC
Ihave no other mods

Might be a conflict in key bindings (see Discussions on how to change those) or a conflict with some other UI mod.

It's work, it's not completely free but I have 8 cam orientation, much more better than 4. (4 is horrible, mostly after played Gears Tactics) Thanks

Not sure - I haven't had a gamepad back then when I was making the mod.
