Atlas is very good unit, its really usefull not vs all but still. If you are able to make 3-4 of them its very hard to counter.
bone archer meepos are realy bad.
undying is good if your opp doesnt have normal attack and u are playing mass heal strat. he has 15hp/s regen so, compined with kotl or lich he is ok. also u can have urn. he is good counter vs brood or tuskar

From all the games I've seen undying is just a lump of health that gets wreckt. 510g is so high to upgrade as well. He doesnt fit the tank role and doesnt fit the DPS role... so not sure how you could ever use him to be honest.

Anyway - all I see the dev doing is buffing and nerfing necros (which usually suck too if you know how to counter them).

1. every unit could be used wisely, everything else depends on your personal preferences
2. it's ALWAYS about strategy and armor/attack types and combinations of units, auras and items
3. i think your question's generaly about making those units you think are 'underused' better

1. cheap;
2. could be very good when rushing;
3. cooperating with KOTL's mana regen;

- MeePWN!
1. cheap money/food;
2. stunning Meepos are great when buffed for attack speed (quarter stuff lvl 3, ursa's aura, moonshard, etc);
3. that statue producing 3 Meepos is great when you're in a hurry to make some cheap and tanky units (3x 800hp = 2400) when you already have a great rangers (or about to build them);
4. making your opp to start building wrong units = you win later

- Undying
1. 15hp/s! if wisely combined with Poorman's Shield or simply with any bonus armor (Evil Beast, CK, Chainmail, Meka) is very good against low dmg rush (slarks, necros, earth spirit lvl 1, etc)
2. or if you have a lot of armor already and you re-roll and your roll brings you good rangers but you need some tanky units as well - can use Undyings then. sounds good to me

- Malicious Heart
1. automatically prevents your opp from building Voids
2. 2 units from 1 statue
3. upgrades are really good if used wisely

I am not sure you play this game that much if you are defending meepos and malicious hearts etc.

Basically if you build them you will lose (for the reasons I stated). There are too many other better alternatives in that slot and these units almost NEVER get built. IIf the dev can buff them or make them cheaper then it will open up more gameplay possibilities.

All of these units have use and are in multiple build strategies.

Bone Archer plink plink. More Archers plink plink.

Meepos zerg or stunlock. Try to build 3-6 on the first wave and flesh them out over time. Watch the magic happen.

Undying, agreed. Totally worthless. Better to have a Slark or Priestess of the Moon. Same functions, more cost effective.

Malicious Heart = Counters heavy armor LIKE-A-BOSS. Massing your zerg? Add +4 dmg to X units. Snow ball.

Given the high base armor and HP of Atlas, I think he's reasonable at 480g. His ability deals true damage so I actually like and use him alot. Plus, he has a counter-magic mechanism to make up for his heavy armor.

The only unit I agree on that list is malicious heart, which is too situational.
Also, I seriously think Purgatory needs some nerf on his AOE.

Oh and by the way, I just had a game with you, you went against a lvl 70 player and at the end game, you spammed "get rekt, scrubs", "learn to crystal next time", "that's how the best plays". So I figure people here need to know of your authority. ;)
