You see I have a question about an effect or ability or internal mechanics of the custom game.
There is a strange green circle that gives permanent vision in a small area and that can be located globally from wherever you are.
The circle resembles the green light halo that the "True Sight Gem" has, but without the object floating in its center.
And it is something that I see that the "Russian and American community" use with less frequency, being the only ones to use it and get to know it. In my opinion.

My question is: ¿How is this effect used in the game? And if it is a bug, why has it never been reported?
