Musicians?

I have seen in videos/pictures by the developer that you can get Drummers/Bagpipers. If so does anyone know how to get them or are they even added into the game yet?

They're not added yet. Their uniforms are accessible through the cheat menu though and you can dress your companions as musicians, but they're not functional.
