You can walk from Amsterdam, up the Thames, and into London. Also, the dialogue is mostly completely unchanged and none of the clothes are designed to work with a female character. What little dialogue is changed is exclusive to male characters

you can't serve as a soldier like you can in some other mods but to can be a commander. just go to the capital and find the recruiter or go to the military depots to find the recruiter.

Is there a way to serve in Napoleon's army in this mod? I see no option to enlist in his army. Which is a bit annoying. Many other mods have that ability

I think the only way to get lord uniforms (not the kings, I don't think there is a way to get their stuff) is to get the highest rank in the game. Once you get this you can get uniforms from all other factions.

As it seems, mod is still being worked on in private and the discord is private too with all work on it being kept hush-hush like a cabal that serves itself till it's decided otherwise
