No option for fuel for Telos?
So I just finished the entire planet with it's side quests. However neither M4-78, nor the archons or any other droid had any dialogue option about fuel for Telos. When going back to Grenn on Telos I only have to option of telling him that Vogga the Hutt would sell fuel, but no option for M4-78's fuel. Is this not possible when playing dark side for some reason?

That's because if you already made a deal with the Hutt's, there's no need to search for fuel, so you won't make the offer.
To make the offer you need to have no deals on the table yet.

I did not tell Grenn to take the fuel from the Hutts yet though. Do I need to complete M4-78 before Nar Shaadda? Because I don't even know how to NOT get the fuel from Voga when completing Nar Shaadda.

I feel like it should still be an option until you actually tell Grenn.

As soon as you make the deal with the Hutts (you just need to tell Grenn) M4's option is gone. And vice-versa.

Ah that sucks. Well it doesn't change the ending anyway, so doesn't matter that much.
