Rank abuse
I just had a game against a player on the leadboard and it looks like he is only there because of his great friend that immediately started jumping out of the map or using abilities against you (ogre) if he is on your team. I am not sure if he deserves his rank but his friend definitely ruined the match. I picked team yellow like i always do and realised the "potato" guys must be friends and i knew i split them now. Maybe friends should always be in the same team if they pick 2vs2 or 3vs3 to avoid this situation. But their argument that i ruined their 50 winstreak and now deserve to lose is just unnecessary especially their "you cant do anyting about this"- attitude. Game ID 2491315145 :steamsalty:

I remember you. My friend and I have been trying to push the leaderboards with him currently one of the top players and me ranked just a bit below him. We had played well over 70 matches in the past few days and won every single one, progressing from rank 30 to 10, then again from 30 to 0 and +25 rapier after the rankings reset. For each of those games we had chosen team 2 as fast as we possibly could to ensure we'd be on the same team, and it had worked. You ruined that streak by picking our team and splitting us up. Now, he was on the loading screen and I wasn't so we made the decision that my winstreak would end to keep his going. He's the better player anyway. I already asked for a solution to the team problem and it sounds like an answer is coming. But until then, I'm not going to play in a match if someone splits up our team. You labelling this as rank abuse is simply not true, however. How could we both have Rapier-tier ranks if we were feeding each other to climb the rankings? That just doesn't make sense.

It is not my fault that i split you like i already explained. I play solo and with friends (2vs2, 3vs3) but i never lost on purpose to secure the win or told my friends to throw the game when we got split, which already happend a few times. We continued playing as usual and never ruined the other teams game. I mean if he is such a good player he could have won without your help. The player who deserves the most shoud win the game, not the player with the highest rank. Maybe you shoudnt play 2 vs 2 at all until there is a solution, to not ruin any other games Kappa

This same thing happened to me, but me and my friend just decided to make it a duel instead. Let the best player win. If your friend was better he would have won anyways. Don't jump off cliffs, suicide or do something harmful to your teammate. Make the game a good experience for everyone.
