Not expecting it =/= not tolerating it.
In the end this game didn't matter for me because I was able to outplay them.
But it should be possible to implement a report system (in ranked), right?
I gladly would like to volunteer in it too (being some kind of filter for the owner).

Also it could be possible to keep track of the last X games. If someone keeps winning with some players from a limited set in the enemy team that play poorly (poorly =/= trolling) you could give a warning their next games against these opponents won't increase their rank.
If a player only plays vs trolls in ranked their rank should be reset to 30 imho.

This ♥♥♥♥ happened to me right now, too.

It's just one guy with 3 accounts I think, one always stands afk, he picks ogre and griefs me and attacks me with the other one.

You should post it also to the general comments of this game to make sure Mahou sees it, I think he's able to see the details of the games/ other games those people play and act accordingly
