The industrial centrifuge needs water tanks (filled) which requires components rather than ingots to construct. This now introduces a bug which causes assemblers to halt production a lot of the time.

The assembler will construct components, then when it's component inventory is full, move them to the closest cargo now. Which for large/small steel tubes and steel plates (used for the water tanks) is now the assemblers ingot storage. These components will now just sit there clogging up the assembler because it does not expect components to be there and cannot get rid of them.

Please require the equivalent value in ingots for producing the water tank instead of components.
