im currently playing in an arma server and realised that we used the FIR HARMS instead of the encore updates AGM-88C's. while i like firewills aircraft and a his weapons a fair amount the HARM i dislike extremely because it requires being in the TGP and then locking through the TGP and that or using the base radar to lock is the only options. the TGP way is incredibly gamey cause you can lock without even direct line of sighting the radar.

however when i went to replace it with the normal arma 3 harms from the encore DLC i realised that i cannot, so is there a way to use the firewill aircraft with the base game HARMs is my main question and if not why not.
