Mine after defuse

Hi!
I've noticed (note: i'm using ACE mod) that after i defuse a mine dropped by a GATOR dispenser, it stays there (graphic changes correctly), and i can not remove it whatsoever.
Is this mechanic as intended? Is it a bug?
Let me know, and sorry for the bad english.
Just my 2 cents
