The food cards with seconds are all strong since they turn a cost (food) into a benefit of free card draw that doesn't count as risk. Dessert and Grazing are mostly the same card (also similar to Savor it). Midnight Snack is just plain better than Cookies.
Imported Good seems too expensive. Most X cards are already expensive, so Imported will cost something like 4+4+2 food for a generally mediocre effect.
It seems like you are pricing temp hp higher than hp for some reason. Boxed Lunch is good, and most the temp hp cards look terrible in comparison.
The ravenous cards are bad, but you already knew that.
Charity and Cover Tracks and Starter+ seem very strong.
Some upgrades are dubious: Caffeine, Hungering Strike, Fasting Strike
Snack probably has too much build up for mediocre payoff.
