[B42] Knox Event Expanded NPC mod [alpha v0.2.31]

Installation side note for future updates.
Steam is a bit of pain when it comes to mod updates not being clear as to what mod has been updated. So you see a download note in the PZ loading boot window, you go look at the workshop mod list sorted by updated.

Although this mod might be at the top of the update list, that does not mean all your class files in the java folder that you need to copy over manually have been updated either.

With each patch this mod brings, before, like me and many of us start posting about a bug - check those file dates and re-sub to mod if needed.

I fall victim to this more than once already, when i look back over the patch notes to find i'm today getting a bug that was patched yesterday, saves us all soo much time and headaches.

that is all rant over, i say this only because I read some recent posts an there seems to be a slight delay to bug fixes actually showing results for people and think this is half the problem.

true, what I do:
1. resub, and actually watch how the mod folder gets removed and reinstalled.
2. delete knox and zombie folder from the game directory.
3. check files and wait patiently
4. copy knox and zombie again

this is not difficult at all.
another headache saver is the mod "character safe" which lets you safe your char with all gear on the body and the skills. that allows to test around without having to start from rock bottom all over again every time something is off.
So did we just have an update that messed things up?

No just steam not updating correct folder sometime when it says it has - manually check.

Also also, I wouldn't delete any of the game directory folders - just overwrite what is already there, that is also not in the install instructions1?!
Well I just redid mine and trying to see if it resolved the NPC's disappearing
