NPC clothing and weapons
Can NPCs dress themselves (replace torn ones or with better protection with patches, or put on armor or dress according to the weather)? At the same time, the emphasis is on automatically independently. And whether the NPC will freeze in winter. And also whether they will need to sleep (well, take coffee and tonics if you need to work on a schedule :).

The same applies to self-equipping with weapons (for example, by appropriate skills). Right now, it's like an NPC's weapon doesn't break, which breaks the balance a bit, since with one spear an NPC can walk and not change it. But then you need to change it to improvised ones and look around so that it doesn't get eaten :) And you need to allow firearms separately, because one shot and you're suddenly surrounded, and the NPC can't seem to retreat and run away.

This is all really missing, as it seems to me (may rimworld come to zomboid :)
