NB/NtS: My group had an issue where were were unable to get the Deathwalker's token to load for one player specifically. The solution ended up being disabling mod caching, forcing the mod to reload, then re-enabling mod caching. Then, we were able to reload the mod ad libitum and have it load the Deathwalker's character token correctly.
