Also, separate question- is there a way to hide or move the initiative/elements? It's in the way of the TTS UI.
In the meantime you could find a copy of them in the FH box. Inside the find the bag called AutoAssets. Inside there is another bag called Decks and inside there is another bag for PQ. Check them to find the one matching your name and rename the card to it's actual name. You can then also delete the wrong one.
You can put the bags wherever you want then, the mod doesn't need them to be at a specific place (e.g. could even delete them). However this things basically contains a copy of everything in the mod. Just beware of potential spoilers in there. :-)
You can drag the UI elements around, but not fully hide them. They will also be restored to their original position whenever you load the save or when you sync the scenario list.
