I tried replaying everything leading up to the lab. I have the 1st and 2nd Aneki keys, and I pick up the 4th one after killing the Troll decker. I can't figure out where the 3rd key is. I used 1st, 2nd, 4th keys to unlock three of the boxes. For the last box, the attack option leads to combat but there's no way to target the box. I've tried both the high intelligence and strength options on the box, and each time I eventually get a success message. But in the Matrix afterward, I end up in failstate. There is one switch I can throw, but the other switch, and the AI baby head, stay trapped behind red bars no matter what I do. I'm able to clear out all the enemies by targeting IC trapped behind bars with area attacks like Blaster, leaving the level totally empty. Jacking out at a jackpoint crashes the game; the only way to get out is through emergency jack out.
Hmm... Let me think... There's a key you get from siding with the humans / hidden safe, the key from the bathroom, the key from the troll... I can't remember the last one... I know I hide it somewhere!
Sounds like a bug... sometimes weirdness happens when I try and spawn invisible NPCs
Definitely sounds like a bug then... Which also means you are the first person to make it to the end! Congrats! Can you share a couple screenshots so I can see specifically what's blocked?
That's encouraging! I was starting to worry one of my mappers snuck some logic in without me noticing
Sure, no problem. I'm not very familiar with Steam (this is my first time posting on any discussions). I'm not sure if I can post screenshots directly on here...here's a zipped folder with screenshots:

Thanks for the screen shots. It'll help me look into it. I'm going to try and make time this weekend...
