That is very strange... It's probably a temporary network glitch somewhere.
If it still gives you trouble tomorrow let me know and I'll look more closely.

You could try using the manual download... Its intended for people who use the non-steam version but it will work for anyone... I can scrounge up those instructions for you.

These are direct link downloads to this UGC, and the GEEKED prop pack (Art assets required for this to work)

You'll need to manually move the two files to your steam dragonfall file locations.

Typical windows install:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadowrun Dragonfall Director's Cut\Dragonfall_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks\

The files DO NOT need to be unpacked. Just drop them in there, and go.

Restart you steam copy of DragonFall Directors Cut... and select the SNES Reboot out of the "NEW" campaign list.

That's all it takes.
