Vehicle on map reduces shooting accuracy
So i have a highwayman, and whenever i try to shoot at raiders (my colonists are on foot), certain shots just fly off in the exact opposite direction. Hovering over the enemy says "highwayman stops x%". Any way to fix this?

The highwayman is nowhere near the fighting by the way, so it shouldn't be legitimate cover
