Whenever I try to create a New World this Error gets thrown 1000+ times

Unable to retrieve winterCostMultiplier for VVE_BangBus in ModSettings. Is this field posted to settings?

Just recently updated game to V1.5 from V1.2. Have many mods. Made sure that load order was right. After troubleshooting as many things I could think what the problem could be in reference to with nothing to show for it, I'm at a loss.
