planes are not flying
I'm trying to send a plane to an enemy settlement or anywhere else and it always says "impassable biome" even though I'm building a runway

I also have the same question. In my mountain base, I built an appropriate runway for my Smuggler but when trying to take off manually it says "Unable to launch, conditions are not suitable", and when I try to form the vehicle caravan instead, "Biome impassable for this vehicle". I would understand limiting planes from taking off and landing in mountain tiles, but if that's what you're trying to do, a little warning would be nice.

Edit: It seems to be the case that caravan and pathfinding issues are the fault of the vehicle framework mod rather than specific to VVE, gonna go over and see if there's any answers on that forum.
