I don't know if Smash Phil's framework allows that but after tier 3 brought the ability to restore wrecked vehicles I would love the ability to tow those wrecks back to my base and then rebuild it. Also towing in general could be cool. Making tractors and trailers to haul goods. Creating big rad trains with different trailers/carts.
