What does "The chosen exit location (S) is inaccessible" mean?

it means that the vehicle can't exit the garage (you need to open garage doors manually)

having the same issue...ive even moved the vehicle outside the walls and everything and it still gives me the same error.

Yeah I have my vehichle outside the compound and I am recieving this error with the road runner

But it Does work when you park the vehicle at the edge of the map.

Your vehicel must be outside, not indoors. Garagedoors must be changed manually. If your map has mountains at the border, you need to mine them so they can reach the mapedge.
