Is this post to give yourself more build ideas because you dont know any good builds yourself?
Yes, my post is to help me with builds. Even if it is not helpful to you, it imay be helpful to those who did not play LoD in WC3 (i.e, ME).
Next, I didn't claim that my builds are "the best", I just wanted to list our some "fun" builds.
Also, situations are not easy to work around as most of the time, you don't know what skills you are going up against. Sure, you can synergize with your team. But all in all, my builds are a guideline for people to use. Not sure-win builds.

Thank you for your build idea. If limited to four slots, Prescence of the Dark Lord is better than Natural Order as the former is -6 flat armor reduction while the latter is base armor reduction (which may be very low in the first place. Arguably, it is situational.
blink, quill spray, witchcraft, multicast.
i like blink since it helps with positioning and you move around the map freaking fast, can replace with essence aura, but i think blink might be a little better. only problem is mana, which can be fixed with bloodstone. Another alternative is aftershock.
this build gives you a 2sec blink, 1sec quill spray at level 14, plus multicast. 1sec quill spray that can be multicasted is almost broken. go for a 1-4-2-1 build at by lvl 8 and max blink next, then witchcraft.

4. Just build lotsa of HP and just take all aggro from enemies. Blademail is Optional

1. ULTIMATE STINKING PERMASLOW TANK
2 You need 2 heroes, 1 uses ultimate tank build the other builds rot, omniknight's slow aura, empowering haste, voodoo restoration, leshrac ulti, and lifestealer ulti
3. Centaur warruner (Ultimate tank) + silencer
4. Just hero with lifestealer ulti turns up rot + voodo and uses lifestealer ult on centaur. After silencer gets enought mana regen from bloodstone and mana stolen, silencer can activate leshrac ulti.
Sunder + Perma-invis + Incapacitating bite + Rot or Sunbeam.
Treent or Tusk, anyone with good strength/regen/movement speed works.
Burn yourself down and then Sunder. A gimmicky build, but when you pull it off, it is so much fun. :D
Decay + Witchcraft + PermaInvis + Multicast
Hero: Can be Strength but then you will probably run into mana problems. Intel Hero works too.
My version includes Chakra Magic instead of Perma Invis
Its a game. Fun is meant to be had. For those who AREN'T that good at making a strong build, they would benefit.
my Global Assassination build. GA for short. (Scepter needed in most cases to be effective then build into Octarine/Refresher orb)
1. Bloodrage ( if unaccessible, replace with a puredamage/piercesmagic spell, if not clockworks rocket flare works decent or a long range stun such as gyro homing missile or mirana arrow )
2. Sunstrike ( if unaccessible, build is really just not complete without it and no where near as effective )
3. Thirst/Eyes in the Forest (one of these is a MUST, build will not work to full potential without, unless your going to keep the whole map warded as well without? doubt it. you NEED one of these)
4. Ice Blast ( required, this is your bread n butter skill right here, this with scepter + sunstrike will pretty much drop any hero when landed while affected by bloodrage )
5. Another Global Ulti - I recommend CALL DOWN-needs scepter obviously- or Natures Prophet Ulti. Zues just doesnt pierce magic immunity so i dont like it, sometimes if my other skills are banned i use it just for vision to land a killing sunstrike against a berserkers blood build or whatever. Silencers Global silence with scepter(you have to pick curse of the silent) works really well if an Ice Blast is landed. (preferably pierces magic immunity- thats just my fall back i like piercing magic immunity to eat right click builds)
6. Whatever else may help, witchcraft, or if bloodrage is banned you can go global teleport + hook, or mines + hook just to give you some close combat versatility till youve farmed up.. whatever you want experiment with it.
Main CORE skills anyhow are Sunstrike, Ice Blast, Bloodrage, thirst/eyes, and i prefer Call Down to go with ice blast.. these are the key essentials to this build. Build Scepter obviously, and just see how good you are.. Once ice blast is level 2 + call down or NP ulti with a scepter, you can rampage a half farmed 5 man team in their fountain from your fountain. ice blast to their fountain takes about 12 seconds, right before it reaches bloodrage yourself, drop call down or wait till ice blast hits then drop NP ulti so you have vision, and throw in a sunstrike that hits 2-3-4 of them in its radius maybe you had a rocket flare on the way as well..... All day fountain camping, its annihilation and causes alot of newbies to leave the game.
For me, the build is much easier DONE than SAID, on paper it may not sound too great, but when played you can become a GoD. Pretty much effective against everything except really high health builds until you farm up a refresher, if you can land 2 bloodraged sunstrikes with correctly times iceblasts to get full duration of both frostbites, you can take out 3-5k hp tanks easily along with call down and bla bla bla i can go on forever, just try it, one of the most fun builds ive been doing for a long time since dota 1

Mana Break, Geostrike, Bash, Juxtaposition (possible additions: Shukuchi or Chemical Rage or Reality Rift)
Berserker's Blood, Bash, Craggy Exterior, Duel (possible additions: Fury Swipes or Essence Shift or Borrowed Time)
Blink, Curse of Avernus, Incapacitating Bite, Poison Sting (possible additions: Take Aim or Impetus or Marksmanship)
Sleight of Fist, Caustic Finale, Fiery Soul, Grow (possible additions: Empower or God's Strength or Coup de Grace)
Burrow Strike, Slithereen Crush, Light Strike Array, Witchcraft (possible additions: Nature's Guise or Eyes in the Forest or Teleportation)
Snowball, Power Cogs, Decrepify, Life Drain (possible additions: Burrow or Chakram or Ancient Seal)
TROLL COMBOS:
