I love the idea of this but itemization is broken. Every bot builds the exact same items, or doesn't upgrade their items from the starter items.

First of all, thank you for this map. It's fun exploring builds, but I have a problem. I run the game as classic dota alone, set it to add up to 5 bots per team for missing people. I use custom settings, don't mess with stuff too much, mainly just set it so you can select innates (but no innates as regular skills), tried running 3 regular skills + 1 ult skill, disabled custom and neutral skills iirc, avoided stuff where it says in the tooltip that there may be issues with certain skill/hero combinations, set it to just 3 towers per lane, no OP fountain stuff either... after a few minutes of playing, usually around 5 minutes onwards, the game suddenly freezes or "lags" (stuff moving in place, like projectiles stationary in the air), takes a bit to suddenly crash and close the game. Anybody know a fix for that? Thank you in advance for any help.

The game seems to crash after 7.39c update when playing on local host with bots after several minutes. Don't know what happened during the game

Nvm I saw your response to this other person already. Oh well, imo anything would be too greedy to ask for at this moment, as I could imagine how nightmarish the development and maintenance of this mod would be with all those updates. Kudos to you man.

Can't believe that this mod is still being updated, bro you are truely a legend. However I did notice that the bots don't seem to be able to purchase items, would there be any solutions?

I can add something to fix the innate abilities not leveling up if they are meant to automatically level up at a specific level, however, I need a list of all of the abilities that operate like that, I can't go through and figure out which is which. If you (or someone) can give me a list of the abilities that need to automatically level up at a certain level, and tell me which levels they need to level up at, I can add a fix that automatically levels them correctly. With regards to the other essence shifts, I can take a look at fixing them if you can better explain exactly what is wrong with them, if i cant fix them, i can remove them / disable them so you wont pick them by mistake. Let me know.

Thanks for the effort, I imagine it must be a lot of work. The friend here has a point, innates binded to other skills are kinda cockblocking, and the essense shifts to int and str doesn't work, I remember once worked, but just didn't stack, would be nice if did.

ещё не работают essence shift intellegence and essence shift strenth. и если можно сделайте пожалуйста чтобы врождённые способности зависящие от уровня улучшались от уровня (т.е. на 6, 12, 18), а не от прокачивания скила, потому что при таком раскладе они остаются 1го уровня

I spent a bunch of time to try and figure out facets already but didn't really get anywhere. Talents, I built a system where it will let you put any talent onto any hero, i just needed to implement a UI for it, but i havent had the time / energy / motivation to implement that part of it yet.

Hey Ash, I’ve been really enjoying Legends of Dota and wanted to share a suggestion. Would it be possible to consider adding facets to the game in a future update? I believe this feature could bring an interesting dynamic and enhance the overall gameplay experience.

Also, I wanted to suggest that it would be really cool if talents were bound to spells instead of heroes. I think it would add a unique layer to the strategy and gameplay.

Есть раздел запретов, где можно отключить эту функцию. Однако для этого нужно находиться на нужной карте. Выберите «Классическую». Перейдите на третью вкладку («Запрет»). Отключите три опции, которые включены по умолчанию: «Блокировать комбо троллей», «Использовать список запретов уровня сложности», «Запретить способности OP». Два ползунка («Максимальное количество запретов способностей») и «Максимальное количество запретов героев» можно установить на 0, чтобы запретить игрокам запрещать дополнительные способности.

There is a banning section where you can turn that off. You need to be on the correct map though. Select "classic" as the map. Come to the 3rd tab (Banning). Disable the 3 options that are checked by default (Block Troll Combos), (Use LoD Ban List), (Ban OP Abilities). The two sliders (Max Ability Bans) and (Max Hero Bans) can be set to 0 to stop people from banning extra abilities.

очень жаль что кастомка не популярная, мне кажется это одна из лучших кастомок за всю историю доты, спасибо разработчик, что продолжаешь обновлять и заниматься ей, несмотря на непопулярность, я надеюсь когда нибудь она хайпанёт!

its hard because most likely it will require writing a ton of code to get bots to fully work properly, i dont think it will be a 5 second job, it will be weeks or months of work.

yeah - bots not working is really the only reason I am not just addicted to this gamemode

- facet draft
- talents draft (at least based on selected skills)

they added new abilities or passives to every single hero right now it's just weird where it will pick the first one most of the time or sometimes other ones. Basically no way to control which one your hero gets at least guaranteed to get.

need facet picker in game. Been trying to experiment on how to get the right faceit but sometimes its not always the first one on the left for heroes.

could you ban bash of the deep in all pick 6? range heroes with a hit per 0.24sec can stuns an enemy so far away endlessly when they pick that skill

It's in the banning tab. The options depend on which map you pick.

Yes, seems like they buy item once they left shop at start of the game. Probably some init function handled that. Then something wrong in the middle of the game let them not check for upgrades ever even when they have money available. The bots have usual names in all kinds of different languages. Russian, Chinese, English. Should be the default bots that valve have been using.

As in, they don't spend gold in the shop?

I know why now, I did not turn on cheat mode. probably why it was not working correctly on the other side. Maybe add a text hint at the bot section would be nice. Thank You for update. I also have another question. I had some matches with bots and it seems like they do not buy item upgrades for themselves. Is it possible to let them buy something base on their original dota hero model?

Finished doing the update, bots seem to work fine too -- cant reproduce the bot issue.

Hi, I started to work on updating it, can you provide any more details on what abilities / heroes are missing so I can make sure to include them? I have released one update which adds / fixes some, I will do another round of updating on it the next chance I get. If you provide me with a full list of abilities and heroes that are missing, i will add them.
