Custom Game Modes
What happened to being able to create a custom game mode so one can use banned skills for personal fun and what-not? It would seem fun to be able to goof off solo or with a few friends while choosing deliberately OP skills. Is there not an option for that?

Also. Can't seem to find how to enable bots. xD But yeah.

Oh yeah, and where are OP abilities enabled? I can't find documentation for this anywhere.

"Allow_Voting" map -> "Banning" -> Uncheck Block Troll Combos, Use LoD Ban List, Ban OP Abilities, aaaand.. there you go.
