Tiktaq'to changes
Tlaqua has been renamed to Sky Cohort of Hexoatl, and has a new banner to reflect this.

Sky Cohort of Hexoatl now starts in Diplomatic Contact with Hexoatl.

Sky Cohort of Hexoatl's faction trait "Master of Skies" has been renamed to "The Eye in the Heavens".

Tiktaq'to's Unique weapon "Blade of the Ancient Skies"' now always grants Magical attacks, and the"Blade of the Ancient Skies" Passive ability now grants him +35% Base Weapon Damage & Armour Piercing Damage instead of +20%, and once again activates if he is Flying, not if he's near an enemy Terror-causing unit.

Tiktaq'to's Unique armour "Mask of Heavens"'s "Mask of Heavens" Passive ability now additionally grants +10% Speed.

Tiktaq'to now has access to a Unique banner, the "Sky Cohort", immediately.

Tiktaq'to unique skill "Precision Strike" now additionally grants him +10% Campaign movement range.

Tiktaq'to unique skill "Skink Commander" now additionally grants +10% Physical resistance to Skink Chiefs when mounted on a Terradon (factionwide).

Tiktaq'to now has access to the unique skill "Born to Soar" at Rank 14, granting him the "Born to Soar" Passive ability.

Tiktaq'to now has access to the unique skill "Wingbeat" at Rank 11, granting him the "Wingbeat" Ability.

Tiktaq'to's innate trait "The Eye in the Heavens" has been renamed to "Master of Skies".

I like everything about this except how the blessings chain was removed from the legendary lord's skill tree.

Fair enough. But he's not a Blessed character, he has no markings from the Old Ones, and as such there is no logical reason for him to have that and I personally object to it being there.
