Generic Skill and Trait changes
Saurus Oldbloods are now granted a Horned One mount at Rank 12.

Saurus Scar-Veterans are now granted a Horned One mount at Rank 12.

Saurus Oldbloods now have access to the unique skill "Ancient Spawn" at Rank 13, granting them +15 Armour & +10% Weapon Strength.

Saurus Oldbloods now have access to the unique skill "Born Tactician" at Rank 13, granting +15% Experience gain for all units & the "Causes Fear" Attribute to Rank 7+ Saurus infantry and Temple Guard units (Lord's army).

Saurus Oldbloods now have access to the unique skill "Blessings of the Priests" at Rank 13, granting them +5% Physical resistance & the "Immune to Contact Effects" Attribute.

Saurus Oldbloods now have access to the unique skill "Impervious to Pain" at Rank 8, granting them the "Deathblow" Passive ability & the "Immune to Psychology" Attribute, and the "Deathblow" Passive ability to Saurus infantry and Temple Guard units (Lord's army).

Saurus Oldbloods now have access to the unique skill "Saurian Savagery" at Rank 13, granting -25% Upkeep reduction & +6 Leadership to all Feral Dinosaur units (Lord's army).

Saurus Oldbloods now have access to the unique skill "Relentless Avenger" at Rank 8, granting +6 Melee Attack & +12% Weapon Strength to all units when in Own Territory (Lord's army).

Saurus Scar-Veterans now have access to the unique skill "Festering Bite" at Rank 12, granting them the "Poison!" Contact effect.

Saurus Scar-Veterans now have access to the unique skill "Into the Fray" at Rank 12, granting them +10% Speed & -33% Cooldown reduction to the "Colossal Strike" Ability.

Saurus Scar-Veterans now have access to the unique skill "Pack Leader" at Rank 10, granting them the "Vanguard Deployment" Attribute when mounted on a Cold One or a Horned One, and the "Vanguard Deployment" Attribute to Cold Ones units (Hero's army).

Saurus Scar-Veterans now have access to the unique skill "Ready the Cohorts" at Rank 10, granting them +15% Leadership Aura size, +4 Leadership Aura effect & -25% Cooldown reduction to the "Cold-Blooded" Ability.

Saurus Scar-Veterans now have access to the unique skill "Reinforced Obsinite" at Rank 10, granting them +5 Bonus versus Large & +20 Armour Piercing Damage.

Skink Chiefs are now granted a Ripperdactyl mount at Rank 12.

Skink Chiefs are now granted a Terradon (Fireleech Bolas) mount at Rank 14.

Skink Chiefs now have access to the unique skill "Fury Toad" at Rank 12, granting them the "Toad Rage" Ability when mounted on a Ripperdactyl, and also granting the "Toad Rage" Ability to all Ripperdactyl Riders units (embedded army).

Skink Chiefs now have access to the unique skill "Sky Leader" at Rank 10, granting them +10% Range & the "Strider" Attribute when mounted on a Terradon, and also granting the "Strider" Attribute to all Terradon Riders units (embedded army).

Skink Chiefs now have access to the unique skill "War Party" at Rank 10, granting +10% Speed and +20% Ammunition to all Skink Cohort and Skink Skirmishers units (embedded army).

Skink Chief "Jungle Toxins" skill has been removed from their yellow tree replaced with the "Evasion" skill. "Jungle Toxins" can now be accessed in the unique skill tree.

Skink Oracles no longer have access to any spells or spellcasting ability. They were explicitly not Wizards in 8th edition lore and tabletop. I am not going to change them back.They are still a very powerful hero.

Skink Oracles no longer have the agent ability to Assault Garrisons but instead can now Steal Technology.

Skink Oracles now have access to the innate trait "Tactician".

Skink Oracles now have access to the skill "Arcane Vassal" at Rank 18.

Skink Oracles now have access to the unique skill "Conduit of the Winds" at Rank 16, granting them the "Mastery of the Elemental Winds" Attribute & the "Forbidden Rod" Ability.

Skink Oracles now have access to the unique skill "Noxious Venom" at Rank 16, granting them the "Noxious Venom!" Contact effect.

Skink Oracles now have access to the unique skill "Reclaimer of the Lost" at Rank 16, granting them +15% Magic item drop chance & +3% Research rate.

Skink Oracles now have access to the unique skill "Wailing Cry" at Rank 16, granting them -20% Cooldown reduction to the "Primeval Roar" Ability.

Skink Warchiefs now have access to the "Guerrilla Fighter" skill at Rank 7, and the "Natural Camouflage" skill at Rank 15 when "Guerrilla Fighter" has been unlocked.

Skink Warchiefs' unique skill "Beast Tamer" now additionally grants -20% Upkeep, +15% Speed and -1 Recruitment turn duration for all Bastiladon and Stegadon units (Lord's army).

Slann Mage-Priests are now awakened from the Third to Fifth generations instead of the Second to Fourth.

Slann Mage-Priests skill "Arcane Convergence" now additionally grants them the "Mastery of the Elemental Winds" Attribute.

Slann Mage-Priests skill "Reserves of Eldritch Energy" now additionally grants +3 Geomantic Energy per turn.

Slann Mage-Priests now have access to the skill "Sacred Duty" at Rank 20, granting +20% Upkeep reduction and replacing the "Sacred Duty" Passive ability with the "Eternal Duty" Passive ability for all Temple Guard units (Lord's army).

Slann Mage-Priests no longer have access to the "Greater Arcane Conduit" skill in their yellow skilltree, but instead now have access to the "Dispel Magic" skill.

Slann Mage-Priests now have access to the "Higher Consciousness" Discipline skill previously unique to Second generation Slann and Lord Kroak, available after the "Transcendant Healing" skill has been unlocked.

Slann Mage-Priests now have access to "The Focused Rumination" Discipline skill, available after the "Focus of Mysteries" skill has been unlocked.

Since the Skink Oracle wont have magic anymore... is there a new healing lord included or will I have to rely on the healing crystal and Slans for healing magic?

Can you change Poison Contact effect skill of Skink Chiefs?
This skill is superfluous and overwrite other Contact effect.

I mean, it's not really superfluous, Chiefs don't have poison innately on their melee attacks unless they have the Cunning trait. However, I could replace it in the yellow tree and move it to a standalone skill, sure.
