So this is pretty straight forward but I think it would be interesting if fighting with you bear hands that it can inflict damage to your hands like scratches and lacerations if continuously punching with scratches,
of course wearing gloves will help protect your hands from getting badly hurt but the condition of the gloves deteriorate over time the more you use your hands!
I feel like this would be a good way of making it a bit more interesting in my opinion! and make you play with fighting unarmed a bit more 'immersive'
