Having an issue enabling automatically switching between main and off hand attacks

Anyone know how to do the following instructions?

"Alternatively, enable the Sandbox option to automatically switch between main and offhand attacks"

I've been looking for this and cant find this option. Also i'm trying to do this on a multiplayer session that i'm hosting.
