While using only xavorion mods, im getting stuck in the propaganda mission from black market dlc, after traveling to sector where im supposed to give them leaflets I dont get any dialogue option or and dialogue is not triggered, also bunch of ships spawns(from same faction but few of them are neutral and few are enemies)
