I think revian weapon cost should be reduced 2-5 times.
Any objections?

Due to the Forced Bloodthirst need (if not disabled by options) and the fact that non-revia can't hold tails, could you remove it's metabolism cost? All the Fox Girls requiring 150% hunger kinda hurts pretty bad, I've even seen some silly things with Revia Imperial Traders if they sit around my faction base for too long.
