Is this the end?
When i tried to play, it says valve close dota2 arcade, will there be any other platform we can play this good game?

how about using the payment method as in the custom "Custom hero chaos"? the method is YooCassa
and then everything will live. or do it like in "World of Dota"

Not closing the arcade, simply monetization (which in all fairness that can be like pulling the rug out from underneath someone after setting this precedent). As a result, some mod developers decided to shut everything down. This and many other games were pay to win in some aspects surely, so some clearly who in aren't in their right mind were paying anyway. But now, no one gets to enjoy it at all!

You think bot armies demoting other custom games and fixed top lists are coincidence?

Let them make their own game, free the arcade
