I'm getting a lot of XML errors. I think there may be an incompatibility with VE Architect or Replace Stuff but i'm not sure

Found an incompatibility with Docworld Vanilla Props Expanded Continued by Wololo, most likely due to the changes made to the props in that patch. Switching to Functional Vanilla Expanded Props (Continued) by Primus the Conquerer/Mlie seems to have cleared it up since that mod creates functional copies instead of making changes to the originals. Might be worth noting in the incompatibilities.

I'm also getting some duplicate XML errors related to faction bases on startup that are stumping me. I made sure to force the framework to update.

It's throwing errors because they are most likely modifying/removing def/defname, I won't make a patch especially for that (no patch mod should modify defname)

Oh, no argument from me there. Sorry, I should have clarified that I was mentioning it less as a request to patch it and moreso as a warning for others that might encounter the same issue. As for the duplicate xmls related to faction bases, they persisted after removing Docworld VPE. I'm going through my modlist now to find the culprit.

Edit: I removed all mods except Vanilla Expanded and some performance mods, then started slowly adding in the most likely suspects. I was able to narrow it down to Helixien's Don't Settle There. I'll report this on that mod page as well.

Getting XML error: Duplicate XML node name modExtensions in this XML block: <FactionDef ParentName="FactionBase"><defName>Empire</defName><label>shattered empire</label><categoryTag>Empire</categoryTag><description>

This was after manually deleting and redownloading the framework

Same as some of the others, seeing a lot of errors on start up in the log although haven't observed them yet in-game

Doesn't the framework automatically update from Steam if you are subscribed?

How do you know what version you are using (and is the latest)?

@jonpfl Steam often don't update as soon as a mod release an update, to make sure, either verify file integrity (it should force update everything) or unsuscribe, wait a bit, and suscribe again.

The new generation for bases doesn't work for factions from VE (I tested VE - pirates and VE - settlers).
