This is a known thing whenever there is an update in dota 2
Q - hitting enemy, but 0 dmg dealt and no effects like slow movement.
W - not blocking dmg for seconds.
E - when you use it immediately resets your HP and MP to 1 point.
R - could not test.

And LD's alternative Agh Bear Form does not deal aoe damage when attacking non-spell immune enemies.
Also, can we have randomized bots. I know there are only 6 currently, but bots are in the same layout, Tiny, BH, Venge on Radiant and Dp, Oracle and Necro on Dire, all the time.

I'll launch an update within next week together with the new hero
AI randomization not yet, untill i get at least 10 heroes with bots integrated with them then I can randomize it.
Also, his talent and Scepter are too OP. His Agh is NS silence but way longer (9s compared to 7s) while slow enemy and buff speed and invis for team without the night condition. The lv25 talent, it's a 100% chance to crit for 350% by simply running around or chasing you.
As for the flavor text, the picking description is meant to be concise while the in game description adds a little lore (which is the alternate lore for PL once he defeated vorn). I might change the 2nd statement so it fits the picking description
The non damage state is tricky to implement, it can not distinguished if its a damage based on DOT or AOE. I might go the longer route of checking all abilities. but should be fixed for DOTs should not trigger it.
as for balance, like in any game, it requires more game data to conclude its OP.
forcestaff, blademail, euls and ghost can counter this and as of now, its not the main focus for there will be more heroes added in the game which can affect the balance. also reaching the 25 talents and acquiring scepter should lead to finishing the game.
Also, it never deals over 400 damage even if the enemy is near death, like the creep is one hit away from death and the spell only deals around 350 to them.
Max damage is 625(with talent) so it's highly unlikely to deal only half of the max damage to near-death enemies.
His Q [Karma] is based on Oracles missing HP and not the target
so lets say you have 1 hp, you deal the full damage.
also if you have high INT, you can get the max damage wihtout lossing too much of your HP. (I believe having 100 INT makes ur damage deal max with just 20% missing HP)
