Suggestions
I must say, the English translation is quite solid. Still, a few cards aren't clear at a glance or awkwardly worded, so I'll try to rephrase them, fix oversights, and lower the word count if possible.

I'd also recommend a keyword for individual orb potency. "Voltage" sounds appropriate but either way you'll see what I mean when I get to Charge Balance.

All In Readiness

设计得相当好,静电和脉冲设计合理。玩了几把,体验下来的问题是在自己身上的浮标因为不会有有任何削减的情况发生,起甲实在太容易了,只要成型直接无限金属化无限多层护甲。建议修改(削弱)一下浮标在粉毛自己身上的效果(例如火花凝集1张牌不敲直接金属化5,这可太过分了。励磁0废就可以获得集中等等)and初始卡组里面可以考虑多塞一张打击和防御,现在基础牌太少导致拆牌很容易就能直接成型,对于基础牌加成也没什么实际意义。多谢!
